The form is a request for review, not an order. If the business and requested project fit the offer, Jeff creates two early private directions before the decision meeting. No purchase follows the form.

The fixed transaction

1. Jeff reviews the business and requested website for fit.
2. If accepted, he creates two early private website directions for the owner to compare.
3. The current website stays untouched during this review.
4. The owner chooses one direction during a 15-minute decision meeting.
5. If the owner proceeds, the agreement is signed and the $500 payment must clear.
6. Only then do agreed refinements, credentials or host-access work, publication, launch, or transfer begin.
7. Only the selected direction becomes the finished website.

What is confirmed before work starts

Every business is different. Jeff confirms basic fit and the information needed for the two early directions first. If the owner proceeds, the agreement confirms the finished-site scope, refinement boundary, timing, payment, access, and any later launch or handoff work before that paid work begins.

Projects that may need a different scope

Complex online stores, custom integrations, regulated claims, large content migrations, multilingual production, or unusual technical requirements may not fit the $500 offer. If a request falls outside the fixed scope, Jeff will say so rather than silently attach a different obligation.

What this offer does not authorize

A request does not authorize changes to the business’s existing website, domain, hosting, accounts, customer data, or DNS. Any later migration or production launch requires a separate, specific approval.
